We currently accept standard CSV, TSV, and Excel (.xlsx) file formats for both your raw count matrices and sample metadata.
Is my unpublished data secure?
Yes. We utilize a Zero-Footprint, RAM-only processing method. Your files are processed in-memory and are never stored on a hard drive. Closing your tab immediately destroys your working environment.
Are the generated plots publication-ready?
Yes. Visualizations such as PCA, Volcano Plots, MA Plots, and Heatmaps are publication-ready. They can be heavily customized directly in the app and exported as high-resolution 300dpi TIFF files.
